Come Tour L.A. With Me

So, as you prolly all know, I moved to L.A. about four months ago to come work at Buzznet.com. I left my beloved Cleveland skyline and moon boots behind for random sightings of Ashley Parker Angel at Trader Joes and the sunny skies of La-La Land. Bliss, right? Needless to say, it’s been a pretty huge transition, but I’m totes trying to make Hollywood my home.

In an attempt to explore my hood, my awesome publishers at HarperCollins hooked me up with a Flip camera—that I, unfortunately, had to send back (nod, nod, wink, wink)—and I set out to capture some of the sights I wrote about in the Los Angeles chapter of Wish You Were Here.

I’d love to present the first in a series of videos that will follow my nerdy tush in L.A. In the first installment, I hoof it to the Elliott Smith memorial wall near Echo Park. Press play and enjoy my witty dialogue and really big sunglasses. Oh, and don’t forget to leave comments. I need validation.
